Senior Legal Executive

As a Senior Legal Executive at Avani Riverside Mall located in Howrah, you will be responsible for conducting legal analysis and researching legal matters. Your role will involve providing advice on legal matters, drafting legal opinions, memoranda, agreements (Rent CAM), and briefing documents. Additionally, you will review legal material, formulate formalities regarding settlements of disputes, and monitor databases while tracking deadlines. To qualify for this position, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Law and possess 3-4 years of experience in the legal field. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and research skills are essential, along with effective interpersonal and communication skills. You must also demonstrate the ability to work well within a team as well as independently. In terms of compensation, the CTC for this permanent position will be as per standard company norms.
