Senior Lead / Manager, Qualitative Research

As a Senior Lead/Manager in Qualitative Research at ResearchFox Consulting, you will play a crucial role in anchoring qualitative projects, moderating interviews, and translating conversations into actionable insights. Your responsibilities will include leading and managing research studies, conducting in-depth interviews and focus groups, synthesizing qualitative data, managing client relationships, collaborating with teams, and ensuring project quality and timelines are maintained. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage qualitative research studies from brief to delivery. - Develop research proposals, discussion guides, and analysis approach. - Conduct in-depth interviews, focus groups, ethnographies, and other qualitative activities. - Synthesize qualitative data into meaningful insights and narratives. - Serve as a primary point of contact for clients and present actionable recommendations. - Work closely with analysts, teams, and project managers. - Train junior researchers on qualitative techniques and frameworks. Key Skills & Competencies: - Strong command of qualitative research methods and primary research tools. - Excellent moderation, interviewing, and facilitation skills. - Ability to interpret unstructured data and convert it into clear insights. - Proficiency in MS Office (PPT, Excel) and Qualitative analysis AI-tools. - Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams. - Automotive, QSR, FMCG Industry experience is a must. Educational Qualifications: - Masters or Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Psychology, Sociology, Business, or related fields. - Experience in qualitative research is a must.
