🚀 Hiring: Lead Developer (Project:Counter Strike 2)

We are looking for an experienced Lead Developer

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and own

    system architecture

    and

    core framework

  • Lead development and implementation of Computer Vision and OCR solutions

  • Build and manage multi-server coordination and orchestration logic

  • Ensure high code quality through code reviews, best practices, and standards

  • Provide technical leadership

    , guidance, and mentorship to the development team
  • Collaborate closely with product and business stakeholders to deliver robust solutions

Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong experience in

    system architecture and backend development

  • Hands-on expertise in Computer Vision and OCR technologies

  • Proven experience with distributed systems and multi-server environments

  • Excellent understanding of scalable, fault-tolerant architectures

  • Ability to lead, review, and improve code across teams

  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
