Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for possessing a high level of business acumen and overseeing the training and development account project transformations in the HRO domain. Your primary focus will be on Hire to Retire processes. Key Responsibilities: - Provide business improvement capabilities by offering a holistic view of the client's business strategies, information requirements, processes, organization, and technology to assist them in creating, validating, and executing their business plans. - Manage large spans and Profit & Loss responsibilities. - Demonstrate delivery and ideally business development experience in business transformation. - Possess high energy, emotional intelligence, and outstanding communication skills both written and orally. - Utilize strong operational rigor, metrics management, and data-driven decision-making skills. - Lead, develop, and guide teams to ensure successful outcomes and foster growth. - Create and maintain a result-oriented and positive collaborative culture within the engagement. - Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex business challenges. - Engage effectively with stakeholders and have experience in influencing skills while working in high-pressure environments. - Establish, maintain, and develop strong relationships across management and verticals. - Optimize and implement new data processes and systems, with knowledge of tools like Workday and SAP, among others.
