Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Java Lead Developer at ATEM Software Solutions Pvt Ltd, located in Gurugram with some work-from-home flexibility. The Senior Java Lead Developer will be responsible for leading Java development projects, designing and implementing robust, scalable, and high-performance applications, and providing technical leadership to the development team. Additional responsibilities include code review, debugging, ensuring application performance, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and staying updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Java development, including Java SE/EE, Spring Framework, and Hibernate
• Experience in Front-end technologies like AngularJS, ReactJS, or VueJS
• Proficiency in SQL, databases such as Oracle, MySQL, or PostgreSQL
• Familiarity with cloud services like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies and Agile practices
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills
• Experience with version control systems like Git
• Strong leadership and team collaboration skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field is preferred
