● Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code with a strong focus on performance and reliability
● Take ownership of modules and ensure timely execution and deployment of technical solutions
● Understand, maintain, and improve existing codebases
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams for technical planning, estimation, and documentation
● Review code, suggest improvements, and help raise the team's technical bar
● Guide and support team members on technologies, frameworks, and best practices
● Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, RESTful APIs, and microservices architecture
● Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
● Experience in high-growth, fast-paced startup environments is a plus
● Exposure to fintech or digital lending platforms
● Understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, etc.)
