The Role

We are seeking a Senior IT Sales Consultant with proven international B2B sales experience to drive £10K–£100K+ projects in the UK, the Gulf, USA, Canada, Australia, Europe, Singapore and worldwide.

This is an end-to-end, individual contributor role, from prospecting and discovery to proposals, objections, and closing. We are not looking for telemarketers but for closers who can sell value, ROI, and efficiency — not price.

What You’ll Do

• Identify, prospect, and close new clients globally for automation, software, testing, and CTO/QA services
• Manage the full B2B sales cycle independently
• Build relationships with directors and CXOs

Must-Haves

• 3-5+ years of UK/Europe/Gulf IT sales
• Clear, UK-friendly/neutral accent
• Track record selling CRM, SaaS, automation, or testing services
• Proven success in closing £10K+ deals
• Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills

What We Offer (This is a commission-only role)

• Uncapped earnings with

  10% commission

  on all transacted business
• 12% commission on monthly sales above £25K (means £6K commission for £50K Sales)
