Senior B2B IT Sales + Telecaller Leader - 5+ Years Experience - UK/USA/EMEA Market Full-time | Fully Remote Important: Proven IT sales experience of handling calls for UK/USA/Gulf/Canada/Australia/EMEA market clients across different ticket sizes (small, mid, and high-value deals) is mandatory. Sales target will be set at 10X of the salary offered . For the first month, relaxation will be provided up to 8X. Example (Salary = INR 80,000 in hand): a. Target = INR 800,000 (8 Lakh) in sales. b. If achievement is INR 640,000 (80% of target) ? Salary will be INR 64,000 (80% of salary) . c. If achievement is INR 960,000 (120% of target) ? Salary will be INR 96,000 (120% of salary) . Candidate should be ready to join ASAP. Must-Haves (read first) Proven UK telecalling experience (mandatory). Candidates without UK telecalling experience will not be considered. Strong objection handling and end-to-end B2B sales cycle skills (prospecting ? discovery ? objections ? next steps/closing). Proficient with CRM and basic spreadsheets; maintain clean pipeline hygiene. Laptop (decent config) + reliable broadband. Comfortable in a performance-tracked environment. What You'll Do Conduct lead generation and cold email campaigns and other assigned tasks by the management during the first half of the shift (15 PM IST). Make 5060 outbound cold calls/day to UK prospects (existing customers & verified leads) during the second half of the shift (510 PM IST). Plus other work as and when assigned by management related to Sales. Follow up with prospects and move conversations toward clear next steps or meetings. Do quick pre-call research (23 minutes) using the company's framework, talk tracks, and CRM workflow. Handle objections effectively and maintain professional, consultative conversations. Record concise, accurate CRM notes after each call (13 minutes). Join client calls and prepare materials/data beforehand. Participate in and organise offerings/demo calls with clients. Create simple assets in Canva and assist with social media marketing (training provided). Prepare weekly reports and support related office tasks. Work Setup & Tracking Hours: 1:0010:00 PM IST, MondayFriday. Timing will change from November to March (1:30 PM to 10:30 PM) Mode: Fully remote, anywhere in India.
