About the Role

Senior IT Project Manager

The role requires exceptional communication skills, strong documentation abilities, and the ability to collaborate with frontend, backend, infrastructure, AI, and DevOps teams, including international partners and clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and deliver IT projects across multiple domains and technology teams.
  
• Coordinate effectively with frontend, backend, infrastructure, AI, DevOps, and global stakeholder teams.
  
• Review and refine technical documents such as SRS, BRD, FRD, and architecture documentation to ensure clarity and structure.
  
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily standups, retrospectives, and demos.
  
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, and risks to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
  
• Communicate proactively with internal and external stakeholders to maintain alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
  
• Provide clear, detail-oriented feedback on documentation and status reports.
  

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of total professional experience, with minimum 5 years as an IT Project Manager.
  
• Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  
• Proven interest in AI tools and technologies, especially ChatGPT or LLM platforms (power users preferred).
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong documentation and editing ability.
  
• Hands-on experience with Jira or similar modern project management tools.
  
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
  

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP or Scrum Master certification.
  
• Experience managing international clients or globally distributed teams.
  
• Exposure to AI/ML projects or collaboration with AI teams.
  
• Experience working in a high-growth or scale-up tech company.
