1. You will be responsible for handling all IT-related work (A-Z), and

studio management effectively.

2. You will always coordinate with various departments to make

them run smoothly and efficiently.

3. You have to take care of all the internet and Ethernet-related

hardware issues, starting from installation to maintenance.

4. You must have complete knowledge of different kinds of setups and

maintenance like printers, Wi-Fi, routers, etc., you will be responsible

for troubleshooting the issues that arise in the department.

5. You have to ensure that issues like installations and updating of

anti-virus in the system, installing OS with different drivers, enabling

and disabling external hardware devices in various systems.

6. All hardware-related issues must be within your knowledge and

properly documented; it is expected that you resolve them, and if not,

that you provide us with the best resolution to the problems.

7. You will be responsible for all the installation of applications and

software that will be required by the department from time to time.

8. You will be handling all the Internet-related issues, system

performance-related issues, data retrieval, backups, and file

conversion.

9. You will be responsible for maintaining the stock of the gadgets

ordered and issues, and also maintaining the proper issuing forms for

all the entire team.

10. You will be responsible for various software for the proper

functioning of the dept. like virtual desktops, broadcast software, and

other file-conversion software.

11. You will be documenting various important data and keeping

records of various gadgets that will be handed over to you in the form

of Google spreadsheets.

12. You will be taken care of all the services (video servers, AWS

servers, NAS Drivers, create S3 server links, etc.), it is understandable

that you are not aware of all the functionality, but you must be open to

learning new techniques to keep yourself upgraded in skill and in your

profile.

13. You are responsible for configuring the new user’s PC & Profile, IP

Address, and LAN.

14. You are also responsible for the installation and troubleshooting of

network and local print devices’ antivirus software.

15. Whenever there is a requirement, you are supposed to do extra

work and resolve IT-related issues or studio recording of faculties.

16. You are responsible for the studio gadgets, camera, laptop, and

other crucial gadgets which you are supposed to handle with care, you

are responsible for the whole recordings –inside the organization or

outside the organization. (training will be provided to you)

17. You are also responsible for conducting professional photo shoots in

classes and events of the academy.

18. You are responsible for the whole recording process; you need to

take ownership of the same, in coordination with Mr. Manoj Malakar.

SALARY: - 35K

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: - 3-4 YEARS
