Senior It Executive

• Design, implement, and maintain IT infrastructure including servers, storage, virtualization, and networks.
• Administer Microsoft 365 services (Office 365, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive).
• Configure and manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and group policies.
• Ensure IT security through firewalls, VPNs, endpoint protection, and compliance controls.
• Perform system monitoring, backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning.
• Act as an escalation point for complex IT issues, providing root cause analysis and permanent solutions.
• Manage user accounts, access controls, and security policies across IT systems.
• Automate routine tasks and optimize system performance using PowerShell, scripting, and monitoring tools.
• Maintain documentation of IT systems, processes, and configurations.
• Ensure compliance with IT governance, security standards, and best practices.
• Mentor junior IT staff and provide technical guidance to the support team.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, scalable, and reliable IT solutions.
• Provide training and support to end-users on Office 365, SharePoint, and Teams adoption.
• Managing the deployment of new features or functionality after they have been tested in a staging environment in Office 365 panel.
• Create and Manage the Mail Transport Rule.
• Assist with mail flow troubleshooting including message traces.
• Compliance and Security management of office 365.
• Working Experience in Intune Management and Deployment to End User device.
• Experience with Office 365 tools (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive)
• Manage Microsoft Intune for device and application management, ensuring compliance with corporate security standards.
• Develop and implement security policies using Conditional Access and Compliance Policies for mobile devices and applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve device-related issues, ensuring minimal downtime for users across the organization.
• Conduct regular audits and compliance checks to ensure devices meet security standards.

Responsibilities:

1. IT Support & Escalation Management

• Resolve IT support requests from employees in a timely and professional manner.

2. Technical Support & Troubleshooting

• Provide support for employee queries related to computer systems and software.
• Gather and analyze data to diagnose and resolve system-related issues.
• Modify system configurations, settings, and permissions to resolve technical problems.
• Possess in-depth knowledge of

  Windows

  macOS

  environments.

3. User Account Management

• Create sign-ins for new hires during the onboarding process.
• Manage user accounts using

  Active Directory

  , including:
• User creation and management
• Organizational Units (OUs)
• Group Policies
• Security Filtering
• Software Deployment
• Audit Logs

4. Server & System Administration

• Strong knowledge of

  Windows Server 2016

  and

  2022

• Administer

  WSUS Server

  for patch management and troubleshooting.
• Maintain and manage

  Virtual Servers

  using

  Hyper-V

  and

  VMware ESXi

  .
• Proficient in

  Microsoft 365 Administration

  and

  Exchange Server

  operations.
• Manage and secure servers, perform regular backups, and ensure disaster recovery and business continuity.

5. Security & Endpoint Management

• Administer

  endpoint security tools

  such as

  Safetica

• Manage

  antivirus servers

  and ensure endpoint protection across the organization.
• Administer

  Microsoft Intune

  for mobile device and endpoint management.
• Enforce IT security using

  firewalls (e.g., FortiGate)

6. Network & Infrastructure

• Possess a strong understanding of network devices and IT infrastructure communication.
• Maintain and troubleshoot server hardware and network connectivity issues.
• Work with various firewall and network security devices.
