Role & responsibilities Ensure implementation and compliance with NABH / JCI / ISO standards across all hospital departments. Conduct regular internal audits and prepare for external accreditation and certification audits. Monitor and analyze quality indicators and KPIs; initiate corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). Coordinate with clinical and non-clinical teams to implement quality improvement initiatives. Manage patient feedback systems, analyze complaints, and drive service excellence programs. Lead root cause analysis (RCA) and implement quality assurance measures for incident reporting. Facilitate staff training and awareness programs related to quality and patient safety protocols.
