Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Provide
technical support
for hardware, software, and network-related issues across the organization.
Manage and maintain
Windows Servers
, including performance tuning, patch management, and backup solutions.
Administer and maintain
Active Directory
, Group Policies, DNS, DHCP, and user/group permissions.
Support and manage
Microsoft Office 365
suite including Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams.
Ensure smooth operations and management of cloud-based platforms such as
Azure
,
AWS
, or
Google Cloud Platform
.
Configure, deploy, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT hardware.
Maintain IT documentation including infrastructure diagrams, SOPs, asset inventory, and knowledge base.
Implement and monitor
security
best practices, including endpoint protection, patching, and access control.
Collaborate with other departments to understand and support their IT needs.
Coordinate with vendors and service providers for procurement and technical support when necessary.
Assist in IT projects such as system upgrades, migrations, or cloud adoption

Preferred candidate profile

Relevant experience in IT support and systems administration experience.
Strong technical skills in
Windows Server (2016/2019/2022)
,
Active Directory
, and
Office 365 administration
.
Solid understanding of
cloud platforms
(Azure, AWS, etc.) and virtual environments (Hyper-V, VMware).
Experience with
networking fundamentals
including firewalls, switches, VPN, and Wi-Fi troubleshooting.
Hands-on experience with
endpoint management tools.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Certifications such as
MCSA
,
Azure Administrator
or similar are a plus.
