Objective: To drive revenue growth by promoting and selling stock research report packages tailored to retail and institutional clients interested in Indian equities. Key Responsibilities: Promote and sell subscription-based stock research reports/packages to prospective clients. Conduct outbound sales calls, follow up on leads, and handle inbound queries. Clearly explain the features, benefits, and value of different research packages to prospects. Understand client needs and recommend appropriate packages based on their investment interests and goals. Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through cold calling, email outreach, and CRM follow-ups. Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, client interactions, and lead status in the CRM. Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and performance KPIs. Collaborate with research and customer support teams to ensure smooth post-sale onboarding and satisfaction. Stay updated with stock market trends, product offerings, and competitor strategies. Required Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field (preferred). 1 to 3 years of sales experience, preferably in financial products, subscriptions, or stock market services. Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills. Confidence in handling objections and closing sales over phone/email/video calls. Basic understanding of the Indian stock market and investment concepts. Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Preferred Attributes: SEBI certification (NISM Series-VIII) is a plus. Passion for equity markets and financial products. Target-driven with a strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
