Senior IT Engineer

As part of this role, you will be responsible for a variety of key tasks: Networking & Hardware: You will be tasked with installing, configuring, and maintaining network equipment such as routers, switches, and firewalls. Additionally, troubleshooting and repairing of CCTV systems, laptops, desktops, and biometric attendance machines will be within your scope of work. Firewall & Security: Your duties will involve configuring and managing firewalls, VPNs, and other network security systems to ensure the protection of data and network infrastructure. Fieldwork: Providing on-site support and installations at client locations will be a crucial aspect of your responsibilities, requiring you to have a hands-on approach in resolving technical issues. Team Leadership: You will lead a team, assigning tasks, and ensuring the team's performance meets the desired standards. Effective management skills will be essential in coordinating and maximizing the team's productivity. Office Management: Overseeing day-to-day IT tasks, maintaining inventory, and preparing reports will also be part of your role to ensure smooth operations within the office environment. Client Support: Interacting with clients, offering solutions to their technical issues, and delivering technical training as needed will be vital in maintaining strong client relationships and providing quality service.
