We are seeking a highly creative, detail-oriented, and experienced Senior Interior Designer to lead and manage interior design projects from concept to completion. This role requires strong leadership, design excellence, client-facing skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will bring innovative design solutions, manage project timelines and budgets, and inspire junior team members. Key Responsibilities: Lead the interior design process from initial concept through design development, documentation, and installation. Develop design concepts that are innovative, functional, and aesthetically pleasing. Prepare and present design proposals, material boards, space planning, renderings, and mood boards to clients. Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors to ensure design intent is achieved. Supervise and mentor junior designers, providing guidance and feedback throughout the project lifecycle. Conduct site visits and manage installation processes. Source and specify FF&E (furniture, fixtures, and equipment), materials, and finishes. Prepare detailed drawings and documentation using AutoCAD, Revit, or similar software. Maintain awareness of current industry trends, innovations, and materials. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and budget constraints. Handle client relationships and communications, ensuring satisfaction and alignment with project goals. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or related field. Minimum 2–5 years of professional interior design experience, with a strong portfolio of commercial, residential, or hospitality projects. Proficiency in design software including AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and MS Office. Strong knowledge of building codes, ADA requirements, and construction documentation. Excellent project management, time management, and organizational skills. Exceptional communication and presentation skills. NCIDQ certification or equivalent is a plus.
