Senior Interior Designer/Project Manager

As a Senior Interior Designer at Brick n Wood Interiors, you will play a crucial role in leading and managing interior design projects for high-end residential and commercial clients in Pune, India. Your primary responsibilities will include meeting with clients to understand their needs, developing design concepts and layouts, preparing detailed drawings and specifications, and overseeing the execution of projects from start to finish. You will be expected to showcase your creativity, technical expertise, and strong communication skills in this client-facing role. Your ability to collaborate with vendors, contractors, and suppliers will be essential in ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships, providing project updates, and ensuring that all designs meet functional, aesthetic, and safety standards. To qualify for this position, you should hold a Bachelor's degree or diploma in Interior Design or a related field and have a minimum of 5+ years of experience in interior design, preferably in premium residential or commercial projects. A strong portfolio demonstrating your design skills and project management experience, proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and 3Ds Max, excellent communication and client-handling skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines are also required.
