Senior Interior Designer

About the Role: We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Senior Interior Designer to lead high-end design projects from concept to completion. The ideal candidate will bring strong design sensibilities, project management skills, and team leadership to deliver sophisticated interiors that reflect our brand ethos and client vision. Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end interior design projects: concept, mood boards, space planning, material selection, and detailing. Collaborate with clients to understand requirements and translate them into design solutions. Oversee preparation of technical drawings, 3D renders, and presentations. Coordinate with vendors, consultants, site teams, and contractors to ensure flawless execution. Supervise junior designers and drafters, providing creative and technical direction. Stay up to date with global design trends, finishes, and materials. Requirements: Bachelor's/master’s degree in interior design or architecture. 6+ years of relevant experience in high-end residential, commercial, or hospitality interiors. Strong command of design software: AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and MS Office (Knowledge of Revit or 3Ds Max is a plus). Excellent communication, client presentation, and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver within timelines. A strong design portfolio showcasing conceptual thinking and executed projects. Preferred: Experience working in luxury interior design studios or boutique firms. Knowledge of local and international design trends, materials, and specifications. Show more Show less
