Job Description

Client Consultation & Project Management: Engage with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and project requirements; manage project timelines, budgets, and scope. Design Conceptualization & Development: Develop initial design concepts, create detailed drawings and 3D models, and select appropriate materials, finishes, and furnishings. Space Planning & Layout: Optimize space utilization and create functional layouts that meet client needs and project specifications. Collaboration & Coordination: Work closely with architects, contractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure project success and alignment with design plans. Design Specification & Documentation: Prepare detailed design specifications, drawings, and documentation for construction and procurement. Supervision & Training: Supervise and mentor junior designers, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills. Quality Control & Compliance: Ensure that projects meet design standards, building codes, and regulatory requirements. Client Communication & Satisfaction: Maintain open communication with clients, provide regular updates, and ensure their satisfaction with project outcomes.
