About the Role: We are looking for a Site Supervisor who can take charge of on-site execution for interior design projects. The ideal candidate should have a keen eye for detail, experience in managing contractors and vendors, and a solid understanding of materials, timelines, and quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure work is progressing as per design and schedule Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and in-house teams for timely execution Maintain quality checks at every stage of civil, electrical, carpentry, paint, and finishing work Manage site resources and ensure safety and cleanliness protocols Track material deliveries and maintain inventory records Resolve on-site issues in real-time and escalate concerns when needed Report daily progress to project managers/designers and ensure client updates as required Verify measurements, ensure correct installation, and flag discrepancies early Requirements: Proven experience in supervising residential or commercial interior projects Strong knowledge of interior materials, finishes, and installation techniques Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and BOQs Excellent leadership and communication skills Basic knowledge of MS Excel, WhatsApp coordination, and site reporting tools Willingness to travel within the city across project locations Diploma or certification in Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or related field Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
