Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Interior Designer & Sales professional to lead our high-end residential and commercial interior projects from concept to completion. This role combines design expertise with sales acumen to deliver an exceptional client experience. The ideal candidate should be capable of converting leads into clients, conceptualizing unique design solutions, and managing execution with attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Consultation: Understand client requirements, preferences, budget, and timelines to propose design solutions.
• Sales Conversion: Engage with prospective leads, deliver compelling presentations, and convert them into long-term clients.
• Design Development: Create detailed space plans, mood boards, material selections, 2D/3D renders, and final design presentations.
• Team Collaboration: Lead and mentor junior designers, and work with cross-functional teams including procurement, carpenters.
• Trend Awareness: Stay updated with current interior design trends, materials, and technologies.
• Client Relationship Management: Ensure ongoing client satisfaction, repeat business, and referrals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Interior Design or related field.
• Minimum 2 -3 years of experience in interior design and client-facing sales.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering high-end residential/commercial interior projects.
• Strong portfolio showcasing both design and sales capabilities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, V-Ray, or similar design tools.
• Knowledge of materials, furniture, and current design trends.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of Kannada/Hindi is an advantage.

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience with an interior design studio or modular kitchen company.
• Strong design-to-delivery experience.
• Good understanding of costing, pricing strategies, and budgeting.
• Network of vendors, contractors, and suppliers is a plus.

Compensation

₹35,000 to 50,000 per Month (based on experience) + Performance Incentives
