To support our growing design and execution team, we are hiring a skilled AutoCAD Draftsman/Woman who is passionate about precision and interior detailing.

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced AutoCAD Draftsman/Woman to create detailed 2D drawings and technical layouts for residential and commercial interior design projects. The candidate will work closely with interior designers and site engineers to translate concepts into accurate, executable drawings and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare precise 2D drawings, layouts, elevations, and detailed working drawings using AutoCAD.
• Interpret and convert design sketches, concepts, and references into technical drawings.
• Coordinate with designers to ensure all drawings align with client requirements and design intent.
• Create floor plans, furniture layouts, electrical and plumbing layouts, false ceiling plans, tile layouts, etc.
• Update and revise drawings based on feedback and site requirements.
• Assist the site team and vendors with technical drawing clarifications during project execution.
• Maintain drawing documentation and version control for each project.

Requirements

• Diploma or Certification in Civil Drafting, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in interior design drafting.
• Proficient in AutoCAD (2D essential); knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, or 3Ds Max is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of interior construction details, materials, and finishes.
• Good understanding of space planning, joinery, and modular furniture detailing.
• Ability to work under deadlines, handle multiple projects, and follow design specifications accurately.
• Attention to detail and a high level of precision in technical drawings.
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with interior design firms or modular furniture companies.
• Familiarity with BOQ and technical documentation.
• Knowledge of building codes and safety regulations (optional but preferred).

Compensation

₹35,000 – ₹50,000 per month (based on experience and skills)
