About the Role:

Senior Interior Designer

Key Responsibilities

Lead design projects: from client briefing, concept creation, 3D visualisation to final execution.
Develop layouts, working drawings, BOQs, and detailed material specifications.
Coordinate with clients, vendors, contractors, and site teams to ensure timely project delivery.
Prepare and present design proposals with strong English communication and presentation skills.
Oversee project budgets, quality, and timelines.
Mentor junior designers and ensure high design and documentation standards.

Requirements & Skills

5+ years
of professional interior design experience (residential/commercial/hospitality).
Strong portfolio demonstrating concept-to-execution projects.
Proficient in
AutoCAD, SketchUp/Revit, Photoshop, MS Office
and rendering tools.
Excellent space planning, materials knowledge, detailing, and vendor coordination skills.
Good communication
— confident in client meetings & design presentations.
Strong leadership, problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
Must be
currently based in Pune
(office role; no remote option).
