Senior Interior Designer

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage interior design projects from initial concept development through to final execution, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence.
• Develop comprehensive design presentations, including mood boards, material palettes, 2D layouts, and conceptual sketches.
• Translate client needs and aspirations into innovative and practical design solutions.
• Prepare detailed construction documents, specifications, and schedules.
• Oversee on-site implementation, ensuring design integrity and quality control.
• Collaborate effectively with clients, contractors, suppliers, and our internal design and visualization teams.
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to a collaborative studio environment.
• Stay updated with industry trends, materials, and technologies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.

• Minimum of 4+ years of proven professional experience

  in interior design.
• Demonstrable portfolio showcasing a range of successful projects (residential, commercial, hospitality preferred).
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign), and Microsoft Office.
• Strong understanding of space planning, material selection, lighting design, and FF&E.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under pressure.
• Problem-solving attitude and a keen eye for detail.
