Senior Interior Designer (Female)

Role & responsibilities

• Lead design projects from concept to completion, including space planning, material selection, and layout development.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, needs, and budget.
• Create mood boards, sketches, and 3D renderings using tools like AutoCAD, SketchUp, o3ds Max, Photoshop, MS Office.
• Source materials, furnishings, and décor that align with the design concept.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure seamless project execution and leading design teams.
• Stay updated on design trends, building codes, and sustainability practices.
• Manage timelines, budgets, and client expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Strong creative vision, attention to detail, and space planning abilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong negotiation skills and a commercial understanding of interiors.
• Proactive, organized, and capable of multitasking across departments.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors or Masters Degree in Interior Design / Architecture from a reputed institute.
• A strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects across various styles (Residential, Commercial, Hospitality, etc.).
• Project management experience with a clear understanding of budgeting and timelines.
• LEED, NCIDQ, or similar certifications (preferred but not required).
