Role Overview:

The Senior Integration Consultant is integral to the design and delivery of sophisticated integration solutions that facilitate the connection of complex systems, thereby driving business transformation. This role operates within a global IT framework, requiring collaboration with technical teams and architects to implement scalable and secure integrations that adhere to enterprise standards.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and document integration solutions utilizing SAP Cloud Integration and SAP Advanced Event Mesh.
  • Collaborate with architects and project leads to ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture.
  • Conduct code reviews and validate technical deliverables for performance, maintainability, and security.
  • Advocate for the continuous improvement of integration frameworks, methodologies, and reusable components.
  • Communicate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with integration templates, standards, and best practices.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve integration issues across various environments.


Required Experience and Skills:


Professional Background:

  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in integration projects.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise integration patterns and event-driven architecture.
  • Demonstrated experience in complex interface design and global project environments.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.


Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in SAP Cloud Integration (CPI) and SAP Advanced Event Mesh (AEM).
  • Expertise in API Management and Middleware technologies.
  • Competency in XML, JSON, REST, and SOAP.
  • Experience in integration testing and validation.
  • Knowledge of performance optimization and security best practices.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD, version control, and automation.
