Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop engaging instructional content for e-learning and blended learning formats
Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather requirements and translate them into effective learning modules
Create storyboards, scripts, assessments, and learning aids based on instructional design principles
Apply adult learning theories, accessibility standards, and best practices in learning design
Ensure timely delivery and alignment with project goals
Requirements:
8+ years of proven experience as an Instructional Designer
Strong knowledge of instructional design models (ADDIE, Bloom’s Taxonomy, etc.)
Experience with authoring tools like Articulate Storyline, Rise, or Adobe Captivate
Excellent written communication and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple projects in a remote, fast-paced environment
