Job Description

You will be responsible for working within the US & Canadian territory with small and mid-market accounts in the Homecare industry, ranging from start-ups to industry leaders, to promote and sell Netsmartz software products. Your primary tasks will include identifying, qualifying, and engaging with target prospects in the defined territory. You will need to establish connections with c-level decision makers within the accounts to create new sales opportunities. Attending meetings, providing software demonstrations to potential clients, and closing sales will be crucial aspects of your role. Additionally, you will be expected to develop territory plans that exceed assigned revenue targets. It is essential to maintain accurate forecasting procedures and provide timely updates to executive management. In order to drive growth, you will be required to proactively generate new leads, nurture prospects, and work on winning new clients while also identifying cross-selling and upselling opportunities for Netsmartz software solutions. Building and maintaining relationships with regional re-sellers/partners is also a key responsibility. Collaboration with internal teams across the company is vital, as well as supporting marketing events, partner activities, and community engagement within the defined territory. Your role will involve strategizing to meet client needs effectively, ensuring return on investment and customer satisfaction. Success in this role will require managing the sales pipeline efficiently to achieve growth and meet sales targets. Building strong and long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and partnering with them will be essential. You should have experience in executing marketing programs and be able to strategize, develop, execute, and measure integrated marketing campaigns, events, webinars, conferences, and business conclaves. A hands-on approach to execution and the ability to play multiple roles across marketing, corporate strategy, and sales will be necessary, requiring both analytical and creative skills.,
