Key Responsibilities:
Lead outbound and inbound sales calls to convert leads into paying customers.Develop and execute strategic calling campaigns to meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities across our product suite.Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, feedback, and sales progress using CRM tools.Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine messaging and improve conversion rates.Mentor junior telesales staff and support training initiatives.Analyze sales metrics and provide actionable insights to improve performance.Resolve customer queries and objections with professionalism and empathy
Required Skills & Qualifications:
3–5 years of proven telesales experience, preferably in the dot-com/Concept Selling.Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a fast-paced team.Results-driven mindset with a passion for exceeding targets.
