Job Summary:

Influencer Marketing Sr Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in identifying and onboarding relevant influencers across social media platforms.
• Coordinate influencer outreach, negotiations, and communication.
• Support execution of influencer campaigns, including content planning and brief sharing.
• Track and monitor influencer deliverables and ensure timely posting.
• Maintain and update influencer databases and campaign trackers.
• Compile reports to measure campaign performance (reach, engagement, conversions).
• Stay up to date with social media trends and emerging influencers.
• Collaborate with the content and design teams for creative support.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, or digital marketing.
• Familiarity with Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and other influencer-driven platforms.
• Strong communication, organizational, and coordination skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage timelines effectively.
• Basic understanding of influencer metrics and campaign performance KPIs.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with influencer marketing tools/platforms (e.g., Upfluence, CreatorIQ, etc.).
• Passion for social media, content creation, and digital trends.
