Senior Implementation Facilitator, Financial Services

Key Responsibilities

• Lead strategic transformation initiatives in financial services, with a focus on MSME banking, lending, and digital-first product innovation.
• Design and implement comprehensive digital and AI-enabled strategies, helping clients modernize operations, enhance customer experience, and build future-ready capabilities.
• Reimagine product and customer journeys, leveraging data and technology to improve efficiency, personalization, and scalability.
• Partner with client leadership teams to translate strategic priorities into executable roadmaps, managing delivery across diagnostics, solution design, execution, and capability building.
• Develop innovative financial and credit products tailored to MSME and retail segments, grounded in market insights and emerging digital trends.
• Engage with client leadership and teams at all levels to facilitate seamless implementation of change initiatives and to address operational challenges effectively.
• Monitor and measure impact, providing performance analytics and actionable recommendations for continuous optimization.
• Foster strong relationships with client stakeholders, promoting collaboration and knowledge sharing throughout the transformation process.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in financial services, fintech, or related industries, with a focus on credit and digital transformation initiatives.
• Strong understanding of financial products and services, particularly in retail, SME, and corporate banking.
• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to dissect complex issues, identify root causes, and propose actionable solutions.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, is required; additional languages are a plus.
