Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Human Resources Recruiter at Minnions Tech in Hazaribag. The Senior Human Resources Recruiter will be responsible for leading recruitment efforts, conducting interviews, and collaborating with hiring managers to fill open positions. They will also develop recruitment strategies, ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies, and contribute to a positive candidate experience.
