Senior Human Resources Recruiter

As a Senior HR Recruiter at our organization, you will play a vital role in attracting top talent to support our growth and ensure that we have the right individuals in place to drive our mission forward. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates, managing the full recruitment cycle from job posting to onboarding, collaborating with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, and providing guidance on best practices. You will utilize various sourcing methods to identify and engage potential candidates, conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate their qualifications and fit, and maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and candidate information. Additionally, you will be responsible for promoting our company's employer brand and culture to potential candidates. To excel in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, along with 5+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the water infrastructure or related industry. You should possess a strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to work independently and as part of a team, and proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
