Role Description

Viyona Fintech is seeking a Senior Human Resources Manager - Technical for a full-time on-site role based in Hyderabad. This role involves developing and implementing HR strategies, overseeing talent acquisition, and managing employee relations to support our rapidly growing technical teams. The ideal candidate will collaborate with leadership to address HR priorities, foster a positive work environment, and ensure compliance with labor regulations. Key responsibilities include driving recruitment efforts for technical positions, designing employee training programs, managing performance evaluations, and crafting policies that align with organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in talent acquisition, especially in hiring for technical roles and managing end-to-end recruitment processes
• Strong expertise in performance management, employee relations, and HR operations
• Knowledge of employment laws, compliance, and HR best practices
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• 5 + Years Experience in strategic HR planning and execution for technical and fast-paced work environments
• Ability to mentor and guide teams, and build a positive company culture
• Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in the fintech or technology industry is a strong advantage
