As a Senior Human Resources (HR) Manager at KRM Ayurveda Ltd., your role will be crucial in managing end-to-end HR operations to ensure the smooth functioning of the organization. Your responsibilities will include: - Handling recruitment, onboarding, and exit formalities effectively. - Managing joining formalities, attendance, and leave records efficiently. - Conducting performance management and employee appraisal processes regularly. - Ensuring statutory and legal compliance related to EPF, ESI, Gratuity, and Labour Laws. - Preparing and maintaining HR documentation and reports accurately. - Managing employee grievance and disciplinary procedures professionally. - Planning and executing employee engagement and retention activities. - Supporting management in policy formulation, workforce planning, and HR audits. - Coordinating with different departments for seamless HR operations. To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: - Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resource Management or related field. - Minimum 10 years of proven experience in HR, preferably in healthcare or manufacturing sectors. - Strong understanding of labour laws and statutory compliance. - Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in MS Office and HR software tools. - Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
