Job Description

As a Senior HR Business Partner at Phenom, you will play a crucial role in aligning HR initiatives with organizational goals and fostering a supportive culture to enhance workplace satisfaction. You will partner with business leaders, drive employee engagement initiatives, and contribute to talent management efforts to support growth and employee retention. Key Responsibilities: - Partner with business leaders to understand organizational needs and provide tailored HR solutions. - Bridge the gap between employees and management by fostering effective communication and trust-building. - Conduct regular employee connects to nurture an open and supportive culture within the organization. - Drive employee engagement initiatives to boost workplace satisfaction and foster a sense of belonging. - Proactively identify signs of attrition and implement retention strategies to mitigate turnover. - Serve as the primary point of contact for employees to address concerns, grievances, or seek HR assistance. - Ensure timely updates on HR policies and facilitate effective communication across teams. - Support in workforce planning, talent management, and succession planning efforts. - Manage employee relations, grievance handling, and disciplinary processes in a fair and effective manner. - Collaborate with Learning & Development teams to identify skill gaps and support training programs. - Implement targeted interventions to control attrition and enhance employee retention. - Align performance management with business objectives to improve employee efficiency and productivity. - Analyze HR metrics to provide actionable insights for data-driven decision-making. - Contribute to fostering a strong organizational culture that resonates with Phenom's values and mission. Qualifications: - Masters degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred). - 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with a minimum of 2 years in a business partnering role. - Strong understanding of labor laws, HR best practices, and compliance. - Excellent communication skills, stakeholder management abilities, and interpersonal skills. - Demonstrated capability to influence leaders and drive organizational change. - Hands-on experience with HR systems, data analytics, and reporting.
