Job Summary:

The Senior HR Manager is responsible for leading and managing all aspects of human resources practices and processes within the organization. This role ensures the effective delivery of HR services and compliance with labor laws, and supports the achievement of business objectives through strategic workforce planning, employee relations, performance management, and organizational development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with overall business objectives
  • Act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership on human capital matters.
  • Lead organizational change initiatives and HR transformation projects
  • Oversee the recruitment process for senior and critical roles.
  • Develop and implement employer branding and talent retention strategies.
  • Collaborate with department heads to forecast hiring needs.
  • Promote a positive workplace culture and handle complex employee relations issues.
  • Serve as a point of escalation for grievances, disputes, and investigations
  • Lead initiatives to improve employee engagement and satisfaction.
  • Drive performance management processes, including goal setting, appraisals, and development plans.
  • Support managers in handling underperformance and succession planning.
  • Oversee compensation and benefits strategy to ensure competitiveness and equity.
  • Monitor market trends and advise on compensation adjustments and structures.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations.
  • Update and enforce HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.
  • Manage audits and reporting for HR-related compliance.
  • Develop training programs to support employee growth and leadership development.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and development.
  • Analyze HR metrics to inform strategic decisions.
  • Prepare reports for senior management on key HR indicators.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Masters preferred).
  • 8+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3 years in a senior or managerial role.
