Experience in payroll processing, statutory compliance or relevant field. Basic understanding of payroll compliance EPF, ESI, PT, LWF and Income Tax. Familiarity with UAN creation, ESI generation and statutory deductions. Required Candidate profile Candidate must have prior experience in FMCG or Retail Companies.Basic knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) for data analysis .Experience in payroll processing, statutory compliance.
