Job Description

The primary HRIS contact for SuccessFactors is responsible for configuring, troubleshooting issues, ensuring data compliance with HR processes and laws, reporting, and providing end-user support. As a SuccessFactors Techno-Functional specialist, you will offer Tier 1 & Tier 2 technical support for various modules such as Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, Learning, Compensation, Succession & Development, and Analytics. You will optimize system functionality, maintain data accuracy, support system integrations, conduct user testing, generate reports, and create dashboards. Your role involves acting as a liaison with customer support and consultants, creating and maintaining SOPs, training materials, and workflows. You will be responsible for drafting test scenarios, leading HRIS projects, developing timelines, delivering training sessions, and ensuring timely delivery of quality solutions. Additionally, you will identify and escalate issues, track risks, and provide corrective actions as necessary. To qualify for this position, you should possess a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field. You should have at least 5 years of experience as a techno-functional systems analyst in SuccessFactors modules. SAP certification in Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, Succession & Development, Learning, and Compensation is required. Strong communication skills, discretion with confidential information, advanced MS Office proficiency, and experience supporting U.S.-based teams are essential. Preferred qualifications include SuccessFactors Expert (SFX) Accreditation and familiarity with US laws related to HR processes. The role requires availability during core U.S. working hours and strong attention to detail, documentation, and stakeholder management. Reporting skills and knowledge of query tools or SQL are advantageous.
