Senior HRIS Analyst

As a Sr. HRIS Analyst at Hyster-Yale Lift Trucks India Pty Ltd, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity and reliability of the organization's HRIS (Workday) system. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that the HRIS solution aligns with the business requirements and objectives while providing continuous functionality. With your 5-7 years of experience in business application implementation, configuration, development, and support (Workday preferred), you will be a key asset in evaluating, implementing, and supporting Workday HRIS functionality. Your role will involve decision-making on support issues, planning, implementing, and coordinating system upgrades, enhancements, and maintenance within an established framework. You will need to possess excellent consultative, organizational, customer service, analytical, and problem-solving skills to translate business issues into effective solutions. Strong attention to detail, commitment to accuracy, and auditing, along with exceptional interpersonal communication skills (both oral and written), will be essential for success in this position. Key Responsibilities: 1. Special Projects/Add-on Deployments: - Partner with the business to identify functional needs and propose system-supported solutions. - Provide leadership in expanding functionality within HROne. - Act as a project manager for mini-implementations. 2. Report Preparation and Delivery: - Prepare and deliver reports and dashboards for key stakeholders. - Collect, clarify, and translate business requirements into fully developed Workday reports. - Develop and maintain simple to complex Workday reports. 3. Workday Configuration: - Offer technical solutions to enhance process efficiency and data integrity. - Implement improvements through design, configuration, testing, and launch. - Stay updated on new Workday product functionality and best practices. 4. Data Integrations: - Maintain data integrations between Workday and external/internal systems. - Facilitate mass data uploads via EIB and troubleshoot existing data integrations. 5. Workday Releases: - Ensure operational processes are documented for end-user reference. - Stay informed about new Workday functionalities and contribute to feature releases. This is a full-time permanent position based in HY India Pune, and relocation assistance is not available.
