Senior HR Manager – Recruitment

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the entire recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding.
• Build and manage strong candidate pipelines for store-level, managerial, and corporate roles across multiple cities.
• Partner with operational leadership to forecast manpower requirements.
• Ensure hiring timelines are met while maintaining quality of talent.
• Utilize a mix of traditional and modern recruitment channels, including job portals, referrals, and industry networks.
• Track recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to management.

Requirements

• Mandatory:

  Previous experience in HR recruitment within the

  Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) industry

• Mandatory:

  Demonstrated success in managing

  multi-city recruitment

• 8+ years of HR experience with at least 5 years in dedicated recruitment.
• Strong understanding of QSR talent requirements (store associates, shift managers, multi-store managers, corporate roles).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
