Key Responsibilities
* Handle end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar and entry-level roles.
* Build and maintain strong vendor networks for bulk hiring.
* Conduct campus hiring drives, job fairs, and on-ground sourcing activities.
* Manage screening, shortlisting, and onboarding of candidates.
* Ensure timely closure of positions as per business requirements.
* Collaborate with business teams to understand manpower needs.
* Travel across locations for hiring activities when required.
Requirements:
* 6+ years of experience in blue-collar/volume hiring.
* Strong vendor management and sourcing expertise.
* Fluent in Hindi & English (Tamil is an added advantage).
* Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
* Willingness to travel for recruitment and campus drives.
