Job Description

Senior HR Executive

Location: Bangalore

Experience: 1-2 years

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Senior HR Executive to join our team at Muthoot Fincorp One. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing key HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee engagement and HR operations. The role requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of HR best practices in the financial services sector.

Responsibilities:

Assist with the full cycle recruitment process, including resume screening, shortlisting, scheduling, and reference checks.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and utilize various recruitment channels, such as job boards, social media platforms, and networking, to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
Conduct initial interviews to assess the candidates skill set, experience, and cultural fit.
Coordinate for walk in drives and Pre offer document verification.
Drive employee engagement initiatives, including HR Induction to new hires.
Support the onboarding process of new hires, ensuring a smooth transition for successful candidates; including Weekly employees connect with GLFH team.

Requirements:

Bachelor s degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
Detail-oriented and highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Familiarity with recruitment software or applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
Proficiency in MS Office suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Resourceful and proactive approach to problem-solving.
A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
