Role Overview: As a Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of staff and ensuring adherence to the work plan. Your role will involve managing employee onboarding and orientation programs to facilitate a smooth transition for new hires. Additionally, you will be tasked with preparing and analyzing staff reports, monitoring key performance indicators, and identifying areas for improvement. Your coordination skills will be essential as you conduct interviews, support the recruitment process, and serve as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.
