Senior HR Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Senior HR Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment for IT roles and support core HR operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing, onboarding, attendance management, grievance handling, and maintaining HR documentation. The role also involves coordinating closely with internal teams and supporting a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and screen candidates for IT profiles using platforms like LinkedIn, Indeed, and other job portals.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and define role expectations.
• Manage the recruitment process, including scheduling and conducting interviews, follow-ups, and offer rollouts.
• Facilitate smooth onboarding, induction programs, and HR policy briefings for new hires.
• Maintain accurate records of attendance, leaves, and employee databases.
• Address and resolve employee grievances to ensure a healthy work environment.
• Draft and issue various HR letters including offer letters, appointment letters, confirmations, and warnings.
• Support or lead a small HR team and assist in ongoing HR projects as needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in IT recruitment and generalist HR responsibilities.
• Strong understanding of HR policies, practices, and labour laws.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
• Proficiency in MS Office.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹26,000.00 per month
