Allocate jobs to service advisors, technicians, and support staff. Monitor quality of repairs and service delivery. Achieve monthly service revenue and profitability targets. Promote value-added services, AMC packages, insurance renewals, and accessories. Monitor parts and labor sales growth. Supervise Service Advisors, Technicians, Job Controllers, and other staff. Provide training, mentoring, and performance feedback. Ensure adequate manpower planning and discipline in the workshop. Ensure adherence to company policies, safety standards, and legal requirements. Maintain proper documentation, job cards, warranty claims, and MIS reports. Submit regular reports to higher management regarding performance, revenue, and challenges.
