Recruitment & staffing:
Manage end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interviews, onboarding).
Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements.
Maintain candidate databases and ensure timely hiring.
Employee relations & engagement:
Handle employee grievances and maintain a positive work environment.
Plan and execute employee engagement activities, celebrations, and events.
Conduct regular feedback sessions and team-building initiatives.
HR operations & administration:
Maintain employee records, attendance, leave management, and documentation.
Ensure timely issuance of offer letters, appointment letters, and confirmations.
Support payroll processing and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, etc.).
Performance management:
Assist in setting KRAs/KPIs and evaluating employee performance.
Coordinate appraisals and support managers in performance discussions.
Policy & compliance:
Ensure adherence to company HR policies and labor laws.
Update and communicate HR policies as required.
Training & development:
Identify training needs and coordinate internal or external training sessions.
Track employee growth and development programs.
Exit formalities:
Conduct exit interviews and ensure smooth clearance and documentation.
Analyze attrition trends and suggest retention strategies.
