Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and result-driven Field Sales Representative (FSR- only MALE) to promote and sell Touchtek mobile accessories and batteries to distributors, retailers, and super stockists. The FSR will be responsible for achieving sales targets, building strong customer relationships, ensuring product visibility, and gathering market intelligence. Key Responsibilities: Sales & Target Achievement Visit retailers/distributors daily to promote Touchtek products. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Generate orders and ensure timely payment collection. Market Development Identify new retail counters and potential customers. Expand product penetration in the assigned area. Relationship Management Build strong rapport with retailers and distributors. Provide after-sales service and resolve queries. Product Placement & Visibility Ensure products are well displayed at retail counters. Execute marketing and branding activities in the field. Reporting & Feedback Submit daily sales reports and market feedback. Share competitor activities and pricing.
