Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior HR Executive who can build systems, along with documentation.

This role is critical in hiring the right talent, retaining high performers, driving accountability, and building a strong execution culture as we scale our SaaS business.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning

  • End-to-end hiring for Sales, Marketing, Support, Tech & Ops roles.
  • Coordinate with founders & team leads for manpower planning.
  • Manage job portals, referrals, interviews & offer closures.
  • Maintain hiring tracker & recruitment metrics.

Onboarding, Engagement & Retention

  • Design and execute 73090 day onboarding plans.
  • Ensure role clarity, KRAs & expectations for new hires.
  • Conduct regular check-ins & engagement initiatives.
  • Identify attrition risks and take preventive actions.

Performance Management & KRAs

  • Create and manage KRAs & KPIs for all roles.
  • Run quarterly performance reviews.
  • Manage PIPs, performance correction & exits.
  • Ensure accountability across teams.

HR Operations & Compliance

  • Payroll coordination, attendance & leave management.
  • Draft, update & enforce HR policies.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws & POSH.
  • Maintain employee records & contracts.

Culture, Discipline & Communication

  • Drive company values & execution culture.
  • Handle conflicts, grievances & escalations.
  • Ensure discipline, ethics & professionalism.
  • Internal communication, town halls & HR updates.

Requirements & Skills

  • Strong hiring & people judgment.
  • Hands-on experience in performance management.
  • Process-oriented & structured thinker.
  • Excellent communication & conflict handling.
  • Comfortable working with founders & fast growth.

Good to Have:

  • Experience in SaaS / Startup / MSME environment
  • Exposure to HR automation tools
  • Ability to scale HR from 20 100+ employees
