Responsibilities

Lead and manage the HR team to ensure efficient operations and support to all employees.
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
Oversee recruitment efforts, ensuring a smooth process from job posting to onboarding.
Manage employee relations, addressing grievances, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
Implement performance management systems that drive employee engagement and productivity.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of HR practices.
Conduct training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
Analyze HR metrics to improve processes and support data-driven decision making.

Skills and Qualifications

7-12 years of experience in HR management or related field.
Strong knowledge of HR processes and best practices.
Proficiency in HR software and tools (e.g., HRIS, ATS).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to lead and develop HR team members.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with labor laws and compliance standards.
Experience in performance management and employee engagement strategies.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is a plus.
